What Is The Official Law For 2008 About Passports Being Required To Get Back And Fourth From Mexico?
I hear so many different things. Does anyone know if it’s required to cross the border now, or if the law never got put into effect? Or maybe does anyone know of a site where I can look up the official law?

http://travel.state.gov/travel/cbpmc/cbp… Here’s the requirements for passport usage in travel to Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. This is all on the Department of State’s website.
