I don’t think there are any scheduled passenger ships on that route due to the high cost of traveling by sea due to the slowness. Think of a motel room with three fine meals a day and you;ve gotta pay at least $100.00 a day. The west coast to India would be at east three weeks, thats $2100.00 just for shipboard lodging and meals so with the transportation probably $3000 each way. If you don’t mind cockroaches and rats you might find a foreign vessel just going that way for considerably less.
I don’t blame you for wanting to make the trip by sea, I did it a number of times years ago.
just go to india on a plane and once there, go on a cruise! therefore u will get to india faster and you will spend be on a yacht.
