Rathore accused in the Ruchika molestation case was on Monday attacked by an unknown assailant. Utsav Sharma, a 29-year-old ‘mentally unstable’ student of the National Institute of Design in Ahmedabad, attacked former Haryana DGP SPS Rathore, accused of molesting teenager Ruchika Girhotra in 1990.

Under The New Stimulus Law, When Will The $25 Weekly Unemployment Compensation Supplement Payment Start?
My understanding of the new stimulus law provides a $25 weekly additional payment for those getting unemployment compensation in 2009. Will this payment be retroactive to any payments already made in 2009; starting with the week the bill becomes law or when? I’ve already signed for four weeks and have nine more that I can still claim before August 2009.
I haven’t seen anything as to the time frame in which these payments will be applied. Thanks.
